Messaging program operated by kAI (Kylum). Effective 23 September 2026.
Kylum is a private, single-user artificial-intelligence assistant operated by its owner as a sole proprietorship under the brand kAI ("Kylum", "we", "us"). This policy covers the Kylum text-messaging program only.
To operate the messaging program we collect and store: the mobile phone number you provide, your opt-in consent and the date/time it was given, the content of messages sent and received, and standard delivery metadata (message status and carrier error codes).
Your mobile number and consent record are used for one purpose: to send you the messages you opted in to receive — scheduled reminders, wake-up alerts and system notifications. We do not use this information for advertising, and we do not build marketing profiles.
Message frequency varies with the alerts and reminders you schedule. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge for each message sent or received according to your own plan.
Reply STOP to any message at any time and you will be unsubscribed immediately; you will receive no further messages from the program unless you opt in again by replying START. You may also opt out by disabling text notifications inside the Kylum application.

Message records and consent records are retained for as long as the messaging program is active, and are stored on the operator's own infrastructure. We delete personal data on request.
If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted at this address with a new effective date.
